Went here for breakfast, and so glad that I did! I had a breakfast burrito with bacon and jalapenos. Everything was fresh and delicious! Couple that with fast, friendly service and it's a win!
My husband and I were visiting the area and decided to eat here based on reviews. I'm so glad we did! Their food is the most flavorful New Mexican food I have had, and I live in ABQ. The rice was the tastiest. The shredded beef tacos were amazing! The cookies were the best we've had and baked that morning. We will be driving the distance to eat there again.
The service was also great.
They close fairly early, so don't wait too long before heading over.

This place is #1 for my family… The place is great and very clean. The staff is very friendly and my order is perfect. The food tastes exquisite and spicy. I have honestly eaten at other places and the food tastes more like chili. But El Parasol all the food is delicious and the hamburgers are delicious.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is the 5th El Parasol we have tried. The tacos are fried to perfection. The bean burrito with red sauce hit the spot. We think the red chili was a tiny bit spicier here than we remembered elsewhere. The restaurant has a bit fancier decor than the other locations. LOVE the food can’t wait for our next trip to New Mexico.
$10.50 for this “Steak” burrito, it was mostly beans and mush. Was not good at all. Don’t order it. French fries were hot and fresh.
This was not as busy as the other locations. Great spot hidden away. Restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly and fast. Stop by and have some tacos
Got to our campsite late, didn’t eat dinner. Came here because it said breakfast burritos! We have had many in different states and these were incredible. We also bought tacos for the road. The restaurant was impeccably clean and staff quiet but very kind. Thank you!
